Delete your Brokease account

You can delete your account in the app in a few seconds, or ask us by email and we will do it within 30 days.

In the app

Open Brokease and sign in.
Open the Menu and choose Your details.
Tap Delete account, then confirm.

It is deleted at once.

Without the app

Write to hello@brokease.app from the email address you sign in with. If you sign in with WhatsApp, Google or Apple, say which, and give the number or address on that account. We check that the request comes from the account’s own address or number, delete it within 30 days, and write back when it is done.

What gets deleted

Your account: your name, your CliQ alias and your sign-in details.
Every bill you host, with the names, picks and payments of everyone on them.
Nothing is kept afterwards. Cloudflare’s short request logs expire on their own within a few days.

If you were a guest

Guests have no account to delete. What you entered on a bill deletes itself with the bill: 90 days after it was shared, or 30 days after it was closed. To have it removed sooner, ask the host, or write to us with the bill’s link.
